Air Suspensions? Good or Bad?

Heh Guys,

I've been thinking about putting an air suspension on my G35 sedan. This is mainly because my driveway is downhill and I bottom the hell out of it everytime I go in and out because of the big "curb". I figure I could raise the car 3 inches or so and also lower it when driving. Thoughts about this idea?

if you go side to side the frame of the car twists.!! Up and down is bad for cv's and all the components that will work with the system.Put it like this,if you do anything to the car that causes it to flex and goes against factory specs.Eventully the car will give.!! This is just my opinion and what i think.

Below are links to several types of air-suspension. Im using the Airrunner, its a full strut replacement. Uses same structural design as Lexus air suspension. Manually or remotely raise and lower vehicle, with 4 damper control settings. Can prevent bodykit damage, from bumpy roads or steep driveways, etc. When parked, looks really cool fully dumped.

http://tinyurl.com/owzqj - AirRunner ~ 3,900
http://tinyurl.com/p6shb - Universal Air ~ 2,300
http://tinyurl.com/eklyv - Roberuta Cup Kits ~ 4,200
http://tinyurl.com/znjcf - Airbagit.com ~ 2,400

Gxlusive Have you had any problems with your set up? How long have you had your air suspension?

The springs do not control lateral movement. Just up and down. Airbags are the same!

Had Airrunner system installed since February this year. NO problems with Airrunner system. IMO, one of the best kit in the market. Dont go cheap when considering air-suspension. Instead of using the Airrunner pressure gauges and switches, Ive opted to go with Dakota Digitals air/height controller with digital LCD display.
