W/Angled Plenum Spacer like AAM?
I'd be careful of the angled spacers, they raise the front more than the rear. My Stillen FSTB clears a 5/16th flat spacer with the plastic cover off, will not clear my new spacer. I think it's about 3/8th to 1/2" in front, have to measure it. Mostly it's the angle raising the front right under my FSTB.

I have the same question... will it clear the stock engine cover?
Also, and Im surprised nobody has asked this yet...
Would you, in your honest opinion say "yes", if I asked you "Do you think the $500+ has been worth the money (driving and handling improvement wise) for this strut bar"?
Definitely looks good though!

If it fit it might be worth 2x what I paid new for the Stillen brace...maybe. That's a premium price for a FSTB, other than clearance and bling I have a hard time understanding 2x the worth of a well-engineered Al bar.
What was the main reason you went with this over less expensive alternatives?

With no plenum mods, it will clear the stock engine cover. It should clear a motordyne 5/16 spacer w/engine cover if you take out the front engine midship "stuff" that lines the hood.
Couldn't be able to tell you about aftermarket plenums, have no idea.
It also cleared HKS RS coilovers without any further modification.

AAM = Altered Atmosphere Competition, an "aftermarket" company yes, like MotorDyne is also an "aftermarket" plenum.
If you have to pull the soundproofing/padding from the hood, that's too close IMHO. Hood is made of aluminum and any thing striking it at all from underneath is going to make its mark, not worth the risk. Besides, my Stillen FSTB will fit over a 5/16" spacer with it in, it's just that extra 3/16" in the 1/2" spacer it cannot handle.
Someone out there must make a flatter FSTB that is plenty strong yet clears these taller plenum mods. The Stillen gains most of its strength from being thick and how its made...
Here it is adjusted down in its mounts w/o a spacer, but you can see how thick the stock is:
