I got a quote from a shop here in my area to install my springs, shocks, front and rear spc camber kits. All this for $260..does this seem like a okay price?

sounds like a pretty good price to me. Some people on here are getting quotes of a spring only install for $250. Take it and run.

Definitely, compared to the Bay Area that's a great price. I wish I could have paid that price for my installs.

^^^Ditto.
That's a great price for all that.
If that includes a 4 wheel alignment too, then you scored big time.
But if not, don't be surprised of an additional charge for that, which needs to be done after the install.
