i've had end links changed twice - the knocking always comes back...

/edit oh, and i've had custom collars put on so the sways don't slide left or right - didn't help either. wish i bought stillen...

Are you sure that endlinks are tight? If you can't shake them by hand doesn't mean that they are tight.
I tightened them to about 75 lb/ft and had no problems since.
There's nothing else to clunk, even if swaybar slides without collars.

Imma try to tighten them down as tight as i can.. it's jsut hard with that thing that u had to bend moves with it... i have tried clmping it but it's pretty hard to keep it from moving.

That "thing" on endlink shouldn't be bent(ST instructions tell to do so as well, but I didn't)
I rotated it, so it sits on top of sway bar acting as stopper. It doesn't interfere with adjustability and allow tightening with only one tool.

I have the old hotchkis bars with the collars on the inside. (I checked when I did my oil change). Never heard of any clunking. If it's happening more frequently, I'd open each side's window to see if you can determine if it's the left or right. Then maybe get the car on some ramps and get under there and see if you can move any of the parts easily.

No clunking here. Did you grease up the bushings?
