i searched, but could not come up with the spring rates for these springs.
also, if i have a 05 sport susp. how much lower would these springs make me?

If you have a coupe I would estimate about 1/2" less.

 

ive been through that sticky about 5 times, and dont see t he rates for the revised Z springs anywhere.

i have a coupe/ sports susp. so im planning on about a .5 inch drop. can anyone confirm this?

but what i really wanna know are the Z spring rates.

Here is a quote from the first post in the thread I listed. See the highlighted section. Z revised springs are from a 2004.5 to 2006 Z.

Oem springs G35 coupes with oem 17’s & 18’s G35 sedan’s with sport suspension 350Z’s 2003/2004
Front:314 Rear:342

I posted the Z rates. I highligthed the section showing you what the rates are for a 2004.5-2006 Z. What you are not seeing is that the revised Z and 2005-2006 coupe with OEM 19s (i.e. sports suspension) spring rates are the same.

Here it is another way:

2005-2006 Coupes with OEM 19's:
FRONT - 314
REAR - 427

2004.5-2006 350Z:
FRONT - 314
REAR - 427
