I have been told that if i upgrade my 04 end links to the 05 06 ones they will last longer since they are more beefer than the 03 04 links.

Stillen Sways are garbage. I had them on my G and replaced them 2 times. The Nismo sways are awesome. Expensive but well worth the investment!

I have the stillen, have them set to med/med, and love them. I'm not a fast driver, I just dont like slowing down for on/off ramps It really flattened out the car. I think I might try stiff/stiff this next time....

Why'd you have to replace them? Were they breaking?

The slider bracket kept cracking on me so I went with the Nismo sways instead. I'd rather replace my bushings after a while than the complete bar. Plus I like my suspension stiff so I would say it is all about the drivers prefference.

I have the Stillen sways, and love em... no problems so far, and they made a noticable difference in the way the car handles. I've had them on for about 17k now, and have not experienced any chatter. Mine are set to med/med.

I think these are the ones from SPL... front $100, rear $100. I bought some parts from SPL for my 240, their service is great!

Do you have them on your sways? I wonder if I should just wait for the problem to occur. The adjustability is a major plus.

If you like things stiff, the Nismo bars aren't really that stiff compared to some of the other bars offered

no, I have the stock endlinks on my Stillen sways... if they ever go bad, I'll probably get the SPL endlinks.

excuse my ignorance, but what causes the endlinks to fail?

No excuses needed. I am still learning too. I believe that the “ball joint” part of the OEM end-links can have difficulties handling the extra pressure caused by the new sways. Some say there is a difference between 03-05 and 06+ end links, but I did not see any difference from a picture post I found either here or on the 350z board. I have also noticed that this does not happen to all people with AM sways. I think it is best to wait for the issue to arise and then add the beefier end-links, unless you want to dabble with customizing the pre-load (don’t know anything about pre-load) of the sways.

If they are designed similar to the stock design with the ball joints, then yes. The problem is they all tend to bind when the bars are set too stiff because of the added torque applied at then odd angles the endlinks see. A solid endlink would be best, and its been suggested, but requires addition fab and engineering to make a set specific for the G. Aftermarket endlinks using larger and beefier rodends so they are less likely to bind and fail, but in should eventually suffer the same fate. Since they are relatively new to the market, its hard to say how long they will last, maybe long enough to offset the cost of replacing the stock endlinks, and maybe sooner.

G35 Mass- Where do you see the parts on everything35.com?

FenixL1P- How long have you had your bars on and what setting are you using?

Thanks.
I've had mines on for a year now and they are set to medium/medium (middle holes all around)....
