Is there any way to make these rims work on our car?

My friend has a set of BBS CH 19'' rims with a lug pattern of 5x114.3. I know this isn't correct but do they make adapters that will allow this to work? They are off a VW R32. I believe they are 19x9 or 8.5

What's not right? Mine are 5x114.3.

Check the offsets.

He is at work so I'll ask later about the offset, but they are 235/35 19's. Isn't a 40 series reccomended for the G35 w/ 19s?

You just want to keep the overall diameter within a couple of % of stock.

Use this calculator and see where you are:

The same as the coupe 5 x 114.3. Offsets are different between coupe and sedans

My mistake, he has a VW r32 with the 5X100 lug pattern, are there adapters to make his wheels fit my car?

I was about to say that I have never seen a VW with 5x114.3. I believe there are adapters for that, try a google search.

There are adapters, but they will space the wheels out too far on a sedan. Don't think you are going to be able to make these wheels work unfortanetly

Not good enough. Save up a little extra and buy wheels that are designed/intended for the G.
