+1 - Installation of adjustable shocks is a pretty common modification that the design of the bar does not allow for. I think the Richie bar would still work for me because I have EDFC, but I think a minor adjustment to the design of the bar would allow of manual adjustment as well.

Look at the thick mounts. If you have a sedan, you are going to have a hard time with this one.

 

I just read a pm bob sent me and from what he told me I think this bar performs similar to richie's bar...I was gonna switch over to the circuit bar because i

thought the one piece design would drastically improve rigidity...but again from what he told me it sounds like he got similar gains to what the richie bar

offers...I think I'm gonna stick with my richie bar...

 

If the A/C line bracket on the sedan is like the coupe, there is no way in the world you will be able to keep the A/C bracket on either car, and being that the Circuit Sports mounts are thicker, it may impact your ABS hardline as well. I would be curious to find out if this bar is hollow or solid, and also how any one with a coilover setup could utilize this, unless there is a deep "cone" cut out, or the bar is completely hollow at the mounting points. Heck, even if you have an EDFC or TEAS you would be SOL.

This is my ride.

This is the right side view without the ac bracket. As you can see the black coupler is protecting it between the bar and the ac line plus holding it in its position. Too me I don't need the bracket because I realized what that bracket does and I am using this bar to do its job. But somone people don't want to loose any parts therefore is your decision to make.

Left side veiw, it pretty much clear everything from the left side.

This is left side angle view, you can see how close the bar is to the cover. Pretty much touching the infiniti sign.

Newest update, after I took off my engine cover and I discover this.
I think this bar will clear 5/16" spacer and may be pushing the 5/8" spacer.


As far as the ride, I felt the difference under the high speed lane changing and handles a bit better on the 45 degree on ramp turn between freeway to freeway. I also noice that is less harsh when I go over the uneven road during the 40 to 60 mph drive. Beside that everything else is the same. Oh one more thing, the bar clears my carbon fiber hood but I don't know how to take a picture to show the prove.

As far as the DIY and tools. Here is the list of tools. Due to the tight space for reaching the nuts therefore I choosed these tools to do the job.
1/4" ratchet, 1/4" extension bar, 1/4" 10mm & 12mm socket, reducer adaptor from 3/8" F drive reduce to 1/4" M and 3/8" torque wrench. You can use different tools if you cant have the same tools. I sell tools therefore I have eveything. Don't forget to torq the nuts to 28ft/lb. ( I torqued them little by little)

DIY, just need to loose the ac bracket first then loose the nuts and put the bar either left or right first. But I went with left side first. I hope this will help.

IMO, this was a HUGE mistake on CS's part. not fitting over plenum mods will greatly sacrafice a lot of sales, IMO.
