Question Any update on Carbing strut bar for the G?

I've been anxiously waiting for Carbing's new strut tower bar for the G. Has anyone heard any news or updates about it? I've been checking the Carbing section of Tein's website, but it appears it still isn't available yet. Does anyone know when Carbing will release this?

Anyone?

The Okuyama Carbing link on Tein's website has been listing the strut tower bar for the G35 as "New in Development" for quite some time now (several months) and I thought I would have heard more about it by now.

I know there has been some buzz on threads here about the bars designed by Scott (VRT/Relentless Autosports) and Circuit Sports. I'm considering each of these too, but I'd like to see and hear more about the Carbing bar before I decide on which to get for my G.

Why do you have your heart set on this one? When there are expensive arsed ones like VRT or cheaper alternatives like circuit/Richie bars?

I don't necessarily have my heart set on it. I'm considering those other bars too. I'm trying to keep an open mind and learn about all of them. I'm interested in the Carbing bar because I've heard very good things about the bars that Carbing makes for other makes & models. I'm also interested to see if they will be able to integrate a brake master cylinder stopper, like they do in their other models.

Bottom line... I'm willing to wait a while when I know of another product that's coming in the near future that may possibly be better than what is already available. Once(If) the Carbing bar becomes available, I intend to wait a little longer to do additional research and see how it really compares to the others. I already learned my lesson the hard way with the Kinetix SSV fiasco, so I'm more patient now about choosing my future mods for my G.

Yep, I have heard about Carbing's G brace that is suposed to be released for a LONG TIME now. I highly doubt it will ever be released.

All's I can offer in advise is just that to anyone interested in a G35 STB, be very aware and well informed of what you are buying. Rude G seems to be doing just that.

Can't wait to see it. I can't argue that logic.

Z1 sells these and I am very tempted to buy it. My Richie V2 doesn't fit on my car... it has major OVER-clearance and rubs the hood. I drilled the holes down lower on the mounts but now I feel like I just need something else.

According to Z1, the Carbing bar is completely solid so the mounts are welded to the bar and there are no moving/pivoting points, which I think is great. That master cylinder brace built in is also a plus.

Anyone have this thing? How is it?
