I like the multi spoke wheels the M45 has. Can you request the dealership for those wheels on the G35?

You'll need a spacer.

The M45 sport rims are very expensive at the dealer. I was quoted $900 per wheel from two dealerships! And thats without tires. Look out for some used ones on ebay, recycler, or craigslist. I found mine on recycler.com. I used Ichiba 10mm hubcentric spacers (from ebay) all around to make it work on the G sedan. You need wider spacers if yours is a coupe.

What size tires do you have on them? I noticed that 265/35/19 will match the spedo exactly, but is that too wide with only a 10mm spacer? Will the tire rub?

Just keep you're eye out until you find a good used set. I would never buy new wheels from the dealer.
