Suspension Issue

I swaped in 350z revised shocks and springs. now what happened is the shop screwed up. The space that goes in between fender it looks like a protective cap when you look from under the hood, they placed by mistake 2 of them on 1 side lol.. so that side with missing spacer was bouncy like the shock was dead. today i went back after i noticed it they solved this issue. The side is still kinda bouncy less then before. When i push down on the fender standing over the car, i hear a sound like a big click, hard to explain this sound. Could the strut and shock got damaged becuase they forgot to put the spacer and i drove 70-100km. Any ideas? it sounds like its rubbing on something, when i push down.
