Again, I don't know about the Nismo suspension, but the bolts from the HKS coilovers and the adjustment tube tend to stick out of the shock tower a bit. Keep in mind you'll have to manuever the entire titan bar mount onto three bolts that could possibly be blocked by:

AC line
Brake line
the coilover bolts or adjustment *****.

For me, it was a lot harder than it looked. Your install might be easier. I had a turbonetics in mine before and stuff might have got moved around a bit.

As for your headers, I'd want as much room as possible to manuever or places to gain leverage. The bar mounts may not look like they'll get in the way, but headers are such a PITA to install, you may want as much room as possible.
