Those with ARC strut tower bars.....

What aftermarket suspension setup will work in conjunction with the ARC strut tower bar? I've read that "the ARC bar will not work with adjustable coilovers". I'm wondering how true is that. Is it because the design of the ARC bar mounts block access to the adjustment ***** of the coils? Thinking about an aftermarket suspension setup mostly for street. Considering the Nismo S-Tune with sways at the moment. Or would a full coilover setup be better? I don't track the car. Not yet anyways. So something that would give a compliant ride yet can take the twisties with confidence. Also would like to keep the camber as close to spec as possible, so only considering a mild drop. Also, I'm running 10.5" width rear rims +22 offset with 275 tires, so if I don't have to roll the fenders, then the better. But if I absolutely must roll them, then so be it.

Just wondering if anyone would recommend a setup that would work best.

Yup! Depends how high the adjustment ***** come up from the strut - too high then the mounts will get in the way.

Why not just put on the VRT STB and have the best of all worlds? It really is a great STB

Agreed.
You would think that for 700.00 they would at least make it for all types of suspension. Furthermore I don't think I could bring myself to spending more than 300.00 for a front strut bar.

The richie bar has the same problem with adjustments, so it wouldn't have made any difference

The ARC clears my HKS RS coils, barely.

I bought it at the old pricing $499 before the price hike. But still waiting for it to be shipped to me.

G35pm, how's the ride with the HKS RS? I was thinking either HKS LS+, HKS RS, or Nismo S-Tune. Right now I'm really leaning towards Nismo coz it's slight enough not to mess too much with the camber. Thinking with the HKS coils will definitely need to invest in camber kits. Your thoughts?

EDFC will not fit, but im sure there are coilovers with piston shafts
that are the same length or shorter than the stockers that will fit.

there's always a give and take on mods.

if anyone cares, the d-specs fit fine under mine.

The HKS rides pretty good, you can dial it pretty close to OEM settings or set it fairly stiff. I think the LS+ has a slightly stiffer spring rate in the front. Not familiar with the Nismo S-Tune. I have camber adjustment arms front and rear since my drop is fairly low.

I definitely would put the ARC bar on first or while putting on the Coils. The ARC is a bitch to put on with the suspension already on the car.

It sounds like you can't go wrong with HKS either. I'll have to give it some thought on which suspension. BTW, how low are you dropped?

What If I need to install s-tune suspension, nismo headers, and the arc titan bar. What would be the best order of install? I assumer the headers cannot be installed w/ the arc bar installed correct?

I was planning on installing the s-tune suspension first. Why is the arc so hard to install w/ suspension on?
