brakes..

so after driving 220miles back to school my calipers are now frozen. this should be covered by warranty right? calipers arent a wear and tear item and the car only has 18k on it. and if they do replace the caliper then that means they have to replace the other sides pad to so it doesnt wear unevenly right?

Unless you allowed the pads to wear below the factory minimums and overheat and cause the caliper piston seals to fail?
