I am "close" with KW since I had them on my M3 and they saw a spike in sales after that. But anywho, I LOVED them so much I bought some for a civic I had and I am thinking of getting some V3 even though I don't have a G35 YET. Hopefully I scoop one up tomorrow actually, and I can't drive a stock car so whatever coilovers I get have to be next day!

Looks like I'm going to have to talk with my homie at KW to see if they will DUMP the car like what I'm use to... If not, then I guess its time for some Function Forms.

EDIT: and if we're going off the "spec sheet" from KW then that only lists whats the lowest "recommended" For example, the BMW E46 M3 says the same thing .6-1.6 only.... YEA FUUUUCKING RIGHT, my M3 was hammered like 3" AT LEAST.

BUT yea, I will be hitting up my contact at KW to see wuddup.

Please let us know. From my research the KWs will have a minimal drop of either .8 or 1.8, depending on source.

0.8 via a friend who has them
1.8 via my350Z

I do not know how low the system will go, but I am not interested in that. 2inches is more than what I am looking for, so if the KWs only do a drop of 1.8 and greater, then no KWs for me and I am all over some Bilstein PSS9.

I would rather have the KWs because of the 4 progressive springs they house.

Picture from KW’s site, car does not appear to be dumped.

I will let you know. In the meantime, are there any other members on this site or 350z site
(sorry, I'm new to this forum... don't know anyone) with KWs? If so, ask them to lower the shlt all the way for me. HAHAHAHAHA.

Sure, Paypal me $300 to cover my time.

I finally found a recent picture of my car. KW V3's and its about 0.8" drop, give or take. Fairly mild and still within spec for camber without a kit. There is still adjustment to take it even higher, I could probably get it back to stock height adjustment.

Helldorado,

Thanks for coming through. I do not mean to be a pest; I just need to cross reference all information before I take a 50% devaluation on purchased parts.

Your car's drop is perfect for me.

Have to drop the perches to easily make the adjustments on the rear because it sits on top of the spring. So yeah, its gotta be worth my time if you can't use your imagination because its not a 20 minute job..
