Give me about 2 weeks. Ordered a set last Friday. Will be installing them with 350EVO sway bars and SPL end links.

i have it in my 03 coupe, handles well, rides pretty much like stock (i did a LOT of research when i comes to buying coilovers, i wanted sporty handling without sacrificing ride comfort), and take hard corners really well, i'll give it 9 out of 10, only downside it's kinda pricy...but then again, you get what u paid for. I stronly recommend it.

well, it's my first coilover, but nevertheless I'd consider it pretty easy to adjust height and stiffness.

i realize this thread was started a while ago, but i have been searching and have not found many reviews re: the kw's. anybody have any input??? i've been thinking about getting the v2's. i hear that they run slightly stiffer than stock, and are good for those looking for improved handling, but not something for the serious auto-x-er/road-racer.

i'm also hoping to see what these look like completely dumped. i know a lot of bmw guys use these, and can get their rides pretty low. i also read somewhere that they can lower the G 1.5" all around.. comparing to df210's (1.7f, 1.3r) that seems like what i'm looking for, but was just hoping someone had a pic.

tia,
dave

I think the smallest drop allowed by the KWs is 1.8 all around. I too would like to see a picture and hear other reviews.

You guys should search in the my350z.com suspension forum. They have reviews over there.

thanks guys. i actually bit the bullet and got some v2's... i am truly impressed.

ride comfort is spot on with just the recommended settings. there is a firm/confident quality about them, but nothing harsh at all. i fell like i'm gliding over everything, but when i bear into a turn they stiffen and give methe response i need. and i'm actually closer to 2 inches... with room to go more. def. worth the money.

edit:

and if you do decide; hit up eddie at THMotosports. great guy to work with and he'll get you the best deal around

Do you have a picture of your car with the V2s? What setup are you running? Do you rub? Is a 2 inch drop the smallest drop allowed?
Thanks.

sorry no pics yet... and it's winter here, so running stockers right now... def. no rubbing issues. i am tucking all tires though, so my 20x9.5 20x10.5 iForged setup would def. rub. this summer i will have to roll fenders before putting the aftermarkets on.

there is someone else on the forum that had v2's.... he had pics up (i was searching for you but couldn't find them again). if worse comes to worse, i'll snap some later and post them up.

edit: re: the 2" drop... not really sure. i didn't see how far down i could go. but they setup is actually for a 350z.... i believe kw only makes them for the z, but since they fit both cars... drop stats for the Z are 1.5 all around. add the extra 0.5 inch since this is a G.

the guys that did the install said they would go a little more than 0.5 lower in the front and even out the rear... this is compared to the s-tech i had on previously... so roughly 1.75 (a little more than that though) all around. and he said there's still room to go

Okay, thanks. I will look for that picture.

I am more interested in the least amount of drop, highest ride height. I am not really a fan of the dumpped or slammed look.
