Suspension Problem (Jerky)

OK, so i crashed my car back in 04. The car got hit pretty hard on the passenger rear. The car drove great but over a bump it felt a lil jerky in the back when hitting a bump. So i lowered the car about a month ago on some Tein S tech, and now when i go over a jump its ALOT jerkier. The car is higher on the passenger side by about 1 inch. What do you guys recommend i take a look at? Should i take it to a professional body shop? The car was aligned and it got within spec.
