as far as ride quality. are the g springs gonna be stiffer or the z springs will? Im looking to get either the s techs or h techs. Dont know wether to get g or z springs. Much clear help would be greatly app. O yeah im on stock 19" too.

I believe that the Z springs are not only stiffer but offer an extra little drop over the G springs.

the G offers more drop..Z offers stiffer ride

they're both performance springs but the Z would do better in performance. the G does too, but not as much. it's more on the 'looks' side of the drop.

The G H-Techs are actually softer than the stock sport suspension.

Read this sticky and compare the numbers. https://g35driver.com/forums/brakes-suspension/65190-g35-350z-aftermarket-coilover-springs-shocks-spec-s-w-updates.html

You searched everywhere yet you missed the sticky?

The answer should be in the thread Gilley just posted here.

Have you considered coilovers?

Do you want a softer ride than stock? Most people go for at least a slight increase in firmness for better handling. But it depends on what you want to do.

Don't guess, just look at the sticky thread.

Seriously, its all there. So far, all of the answers to your questions are in the very own thread you qouted.

As for me, can't wait to get my Tein Basic coilovers

Obviously Coilovers > Springs as long as you have the money
