I already know the brake rotors are different sizes front and rear along with a two piston caliper up front vs. single piston compared to 03-04 model. How about the rear caliper, is it bigger or is the torque member different size to accommodate the larger rotor?

 

The rotors, calipers, and pads are all different between the 03-04 and 05-07. They all use the same lines though.
