Do you need a camber kit with TEIN S-Techs?

For those of you who are sporint TEIN S-Tech Springs for the G, do you need to get camber kits with the 1.5 drop the springs give?

I am in the market for springs and want am close to getting the S-Tech and want to know as much about em as I can.

If you have them, tell me what you think. Also are you rubbing with 18's, if any at all?

if you dont want abnormal tire wear then yes... a camber kit is needed. i rub lightly on large dips in the road but thats because my offset is really aggressive.

Anytime you lower the body you need to compensate for additional negative camber BECAUSE the oem was designed for a specific body height above the ground.

Of course this is only true with our G35's! Most cars have enough ajustment
so you don't have to spend major $ on suspension parts. I figure with good
coilovers and all the other parts to get my alignment back to factory specs
it will cost me around $3K......but if I install H-Techs with new shocks I
could get away with less than $700!

I have the Eibach Prokit and my camber was right at the spec limit after re-align. 20000 miles later w/ proper tire rotations and no problems with tires or anything else. 1-1.25" drop is about all you can do and still avoid the camber kit.
