Clicking Noise Issue w/Front Suspension

I've been having a recent issue that has been driving me nuts:

When my car is making a slow turn, there is a clicking noise coming from the front suspension. I mentioned this on ChicagoZ and one of the members thought it might be what he calls "king pin" which is the joint on the bottom of our lower control arm(he's a Z32 guy, so thats what they might be called on his car). He says these things wear down due to a stiff suspension (I have Tein Basic coilovers). Is this possible? I checked them today and they looked okay. Nothing torn.

One theory on the noise I came up with is my Cusco A-arm on the driver side is torn:

I'm thinking its been torn for awhile and enough gunk had gotten in there where it might be the cause of the noise (A new ball joint/boot is on order BTW). Could this be the cause?

Any thoughts??? Cause this, like I mentioned above, is driving me nuts!
