I have the same problem. I hear a faint creaking noise between 0 - 10 MPH, but it goes away after accelerating. It is so faint that I need to pull up my windows in order to hear it.
I think the problem has to do with the bushings on my Hotchkis rear sway bar and I just need to re-grease them.

the creaking/clicking noise that you are hearing when you take off is comming from the rear axle. there is a TBA for this problem in the g35. if youre car is still under warranty they will fix it for free. but if you're not.. you're out of luck.
i had the similar problem with mine and got it fixed last week. they need to replace 6 bolts on the axle. if you want more details there are alot of discussion on this topic. just do a little search.
hope this helps

Most likely if it goes away after about 10 MPH it is axel clicking. If you are out of warranty you are going to pay to have it fixed. If you go to infinitihelp.com and search the TSB it will give you a DIY fix and will cost you about 50 dollars max. It also might be your wheel bearing starting to go out, but it sounds like it is your axel clicking.

is your car lowered? if so it is prolly just your bushings that are squeeking when the stress on them changes when you start, turn, or enter a driveway.

[hijack]well atleast you can look at it this way.
the wheel bearing is only 90
and its an hour install at the dealer so 100
so the total would be 200
but if your hub is shot like mine was than thats another 200.
how many miles you at? if you are under 70k still you can get it covered under your powertrain warranty if you are good.
ok [/hijack off]
i would bet its in your suspension some where. wheel bearings dont usually go out. unless you do something serious.
