Brakes Changing Rear Brakes

My brother needs his rears rotors and pads replaced, I dont want him to go to the stealership because I can do it for him. However my fear is the ebrake cable or if there is one in the rear calipers. Im good with changing out front brakes because that is cake, its the rear ones I always am shaky on. Is it hard to take out the caliper in the rear and also is there a special tool needed to compress the rear pads? Is dealing with ebrake cable in the back a big pita? Also I couldnt find a DIY on the rear brakes, thanks guys!

No, its pretty straight forward. I think you will need a 15mm socket (not quiet sure on that) to take the 2 bolts that hold the caliper secure off. Then the rotor just slides right off and swap in the new rotor and pads tighten everything back up and then pump the brakes and you should be good to go.

Back on the G isn't much more difficult than front. Like Nismo G said, the only issue might be getting the rotors off, a large rubber hammer helps, some times they are stuck.

the back is the same as the front. You'll need a 14mm socket/wrench and a 7/8 or 22mm socket/wrench.

This link may help. The descriptions on the picture aren't so easy to read, but its a decent write up.
