Most people on here with sedans use the 350Z springs on their cars. Since you have a set off a 2003 these springs are called unrevised, which means if you already have a G sedan with sport suspension than the spring rates are the same and ride would be very close to what you have now. The handling of the car becomes a lot better. Also if you do have sports suspension on your G sedan now you really don't have to change the shocks. These springs will drop your car 1" all the way around.
Some people, like myself, use 350Z springs in front and G35 coupe springs on the rear.

The only value that 03/04 oem z shocks will have is how much space they will use up in your local landfill. They have the greatest stiffness (compression dampning levels) off all oem Z and G shocks. But, they have the worst rebound control of all. They will make the G35 bounce and porpose in the same exact manner that countless 03/04 Z owner's have complained about from day one. Bounce is not your friend in steady state and especially mid corner. Do not use 03/04 oem Z shocks period.
If your going to go with oem Z shocks, as mentioned above, go with revised shocks from 04.5/05. 2006/2007 oem Z shocks have different part numbers yet again and I'll cation a few owner complaints about bounce, though no where near 03/04 complaint levels.
