Just replaced a 19" tire at the dealer

My TPS light came on the other day and I saw a 2" screw sticking in the corner of the tire--possible fix. I had purchased the road hazard warranty from the dealer when we bought it and thought it would be completely covered since I've barely turned 18k miles and I don't drive like a jerk. I've got BAD feathering in the back but the wear is on the outsides. I would think most of the wear would be on the insides due to the camber keeping the tops of the tires pointed in slightly, right? The front seem to wear much more even and I've got plenty of meat left on them. Well, turns out the warranty would only cover 25% of the cost due to the crazy wear. I have about 1/32 on the outside groove, about 2/32 near the middle and roughly 4/32 on the inner most groove. Damage: $290 after warranty discount.
