i am having a huge problem with them for the past 6 months, what should i do?

 

I used them for my Racing Harts.

I haven't had any personal/professional issue with Charles.

 

bought some toyo's off them. great price and fast shipping - they rock!

 

charles is cool, but he is having issues with is superiors.

 

They were pretty good with me. My only problem was it took them 2 months to ship me the 2 center caps they forgot to give me originally.

 

I had good luck, shipping was delayed a few days and didnt get lugs with the rims. Overall pretty decent.

 

I had good luck with them as well. Ordered a set of gtms and they got it to me in about a week and a half being that I am in hawaii. They forgot to send the center caps though. Spoke to charles and told him what happened. A week later got my caps in no questions asked.

 

you've got to be kidding me, i though i was the only one, i order a set of volks around the end of may and am still waiting, he said he's trying to get volk to send out the shipment,

though Charles has been very helpful, it's just that it's becoming longer than i had anticipated.

 

Volks take time to make, unless they have em in stock.

I've been waiting on GT-F's for 2 months and counting. Probably another month before I'll see em.

 

i bought my 19" VOLK LE37Ts from them - very good service, quick shipment. what's the problem you're having with them, exactly?
