tire pressure drops when it gets colder. You slowly lose air. And no, it doesn't go BACK when it gets hot.

newb question

do the 03 g35's have the tire pressure monitors?

For a gas, Pressure = Temperature * gas constant

therefore, lower temperature means less pressure and vice versa

when it gets cold, **assuming your tires are losing a negligible amount of air**, the pressure will drop, but then will return when it warms up



also, i believe the car must be driven at a minimum of 16mph for the sensors to reset, but like others have said, it takes a minute or two but you do have to be above 16mph

Very true, but judging by the original poster's options, I expect he has 19".

I have the OEM 18s and I was on a long distance drive yesterday and the light was on the whole time. I did not check the pressure but the tires looked fine. Also, I have a lot of negative camber... could this cause the light to come on because the tire is not sitting properly to the ground?
