Anyone running Tokico HP struts?
Anyone running Tokico HP struts?
I have seen these, and Im contemplating buying a pretty much new set of 07 sport shocks or these. I can t find any feedback on here about them? Anyone running them?
These are the Tokico adjustables?
If so, they are great. Every bit as good as the Konis I had on my last car. They can go from softer than stock to much stiffer.
Don't waste money on buyin OEM shocks--get a set of adjustables so that you can dial them in to your driving style.

I will never give bilstien a cent of my money again, I had "offroad racing" shocks they make for trophy trucks on my tacoma ( about $250 each) and they rusted/leaked and corroded in less than year. Customer service is pretty bad at their main head quarters too.
The Tokico HP are non adjustable, its pretty much a stock replacement

Since the rubber isolation susspension components are worn after 4 years/60k many aftermarket shocks are 10-15% stiffer [at least initially] to help compensate for wear sloppiness. So you can feel like your spending was worthwhile.
Hey Billy Bob my new shocks sure R stiffer than my old worn out worthless shocks is the desired mantra.
