Other cars brakes
Can a BBK from another car fit a different car...
There are BBKs on jeep SRT8s and people sell them for pretty cheap. Any chance they will fit? (And they are killer brakes)

everything would have to be custom. You'd need custom sized and bolt pattern rotors, and custom caliper brackets. If you have the $$$ you can do anything.

Lots of things can fit; the question is whether they will be an improvement. A lot of engineering goes into your brakes to determine the optimum rotor, piston and master cylinder sizing to ensure the shortest stopping distances (for what the majority of buyers use it for, anyway.) Change parts of the equation, and you can dramatically affect stopping distances. Yeah, yeah, I know the car has EBFD, but I'd rather have the brake bias be right to begin with than be forced to have EBFD bail me out every time.
If you're hellbent on a BBK, why not go with something proven and tested for your car, like Stoptech?

Gettin closer- You think there would be more of a market for this
Still 1600$ with little to no braking upgrade... If it's going to be the same power braking, I would not pay more than 1000$ for the set.
Unelss it was a 14" kit

Jtrain. No offense dude but you are running TT and you want to mickey mouse a BBK because it's cheaper? Honestly, if you have to ask about retrofitting a bbk, you shouldn't be trying to install one. Sure it might work at lower speeds but when it counts, an ill engineered brake system will leave you with poorer braking than before or wrecked up and injured.
If you don't have the oem brembos, then consider a frt/rear Z/G set. Or a Fastbrakes BBK. Those are the two more reasonable kits that I know of. And they have the proper frt/rear bias designed in.

$4,000 for a kit off of another car? That's rediculous. The RacingBrake 14" front, 6 piston kit is only $2,400 MSRP. If you want to buy a balanced, well engineered package made just for the G35/350Z platform, I can package the front 14"/6pot kit with the rear 13"/4pot kit for less than you're willing to pay. Shipping included.
In fact, if anyone is interested, I'm offering a packaged deal for the month of October:

http://www.racingbrake.com/G35_REAR_...351-411-01.htm
Red caliper only, drilled and slotted. Comes with RB ET500 pad (Hawk HP+ equivalent).
(Imagine cross-drilled rotors)

This is what the drilled rotors look like:

I can not disclose actual pricing, but let's just say for a few hundred bucks over a Brembo 380mm GT kit, you can have a superior kit front AND rear. Floating discs all around.

PM me for actual price.
