My suspension trouble...

So my suspension consists of

1. SPC upper control arms
2. Richie strut tower brace v.2
3. spl end links in front
4. stillen sways, front and rear, med setting on both
5. gt spec 4 point chassis brace
6. gt spec front lower tie brace
7. gt spec rear lateral brace
8. d-spec tokico shocks
9. tein s-tech springs.

since installing #'s 6, and 7 the front suspension will 'pop' alot. It comes primarily from the front left but i am oblivious to it's exact location.

Could it be the strut bar popping?

Anyone willing to get under my car for some cash and help me solve the problem? Anyone with suspension experience that has been able to solve the popping?

I need all the help i can get!!

does it pop when you enter driveways? making turns? going over bumps? etc. provide a little more detail.

the rear lateral brace prolly has nothing to do with the front popping. try removing the braces and see if it is still popping.

how are the front endlinks installed? Did you preload them at all?

redlude, i installed the endlinks by removing the stock ones and sizing the spl's to the same size as the stock endlinks.

Can you describe preloading? I asked the board on how i should be installing the endlinks but i didnt get much help.

Should i bring my car to the local brake and alignment to have it adjusted?

I have done all my own installs minus my exhaust.

Thanks redlude

You sure it's not just the SPC arms knocking? I'm currently getting a little of that over large bumps at a decent speed.

To properly adjust the endlinks, you need ramps to load the suspension when you install them. Put the front wheels up on ramps, and then lengthen and install the endlinks so that there isn't any tension in the swaybar at rest. This is how SPL recommends they be installed. They should just slide right in at that point. Grease your swaybars while you are at it

my buddies got some ramps so i'll do that soon.

I've heard of spc arms knocking, but i didn't have that immediately after installing those a while back so i didn't think it was it.

Thanks for all the help
