Once you put your car on the lift (assuming you're using one) you'll be able to see where they go...medium front and hard rear are the best settings from what i've heard. They have a similar design to the stillen sways so this might help you

couple hours if you know what you're doing. a life helps to get leverage to break the bolts loose. pretty easy, just look at the stock ones before and reinstall the same way. 2 brackets for each and connect to the endlinks.

you can go to their website for instructions.

I would NOT go full stiff in the rear to begin with. Especially with the wet/snow weather coming up

There's an entire thread about it in the suspension section about swaybar settings.

He might want full stiff eventually. But I'd hate to have him go stiff in the rear and do a 180 while testing it out somewhere.

It all depends on ur driving, and what u are confortable with. Try every setting out and see which one u like. I personally will not go anything but stiff rear and medium front. After 3 different setting I liked that the most.

Settings are a tough question to answer, especially since you asked for "daily use and track" settings. What works on the street is not necessarily what works on the track, and as Jeff has mentioned, will depend heavily on weather and other factors. Most recommend setting them at med/med as a starting point, I have found this to be the case with my Stillen sways. I feel comfortable with these for the upcoming winter as well.

thanks for the info , guys, i had my sway installed in 2 hrs today, the car feels much "bonded" right now, i hv med on front and stif on rear, i notice a bigger bumppy when i go through speed bump, is this because I have stiff on rear? if i go soft/soft will it solve the problem? or med/med?

So you did exactly what you were told not to do?
