Z or G S tech springs
Okay guys I did tons of searching and am still slightly confused. I know most prefer the 350z h techs due to the higher spring rates. My questions is for those that went for a lower drop with tein s techs. Are you using the Z or G s techs?

.5" lower... than what?
In the hundreds of pages of searches I went through most users just say they're useing "s techs" and dont state which version of the springs they're using. (g or z)
"half an inch" is a fairly vauge measurement. I'd like to hear from drivers rockin some s techs.
thanks.

I did lots of research for each car I've lowered. I'm very picky about ride quality and stance. I've used tanabe springs in the past. NF210's on my 2003.5 and GF210's on my 2005. The nf210s were bouncy and sacrificed a lot of performance. The gf210's were awesome.. great ride quality and excellent performance. They really live up to the name "grip force"
unfortunately tanabe doesnt make the GF for the coupe... yet
ps. my first 2 G's were sedans.

I did tons of searching and determined early on I would be going with Z springs, as I wanted to stay close to my stock spring rates. Ended up getting some RS-R Down Z springs, should be getting them installed soon...
