on a g35:
g s-tech lower 1.2f, .9r
z s-tech lower 1.2f, 1.1r

The .5" that people are throwing around has to do with the accepted truth that when springs meant for a 350z are put on a g35 coupe, they will lower the coupe .5" more than they would lower the z. As far as just how accurate that is, I dont know - use it more as a rule of thumb.
