recommended tire size for stock 18"s 03 coupe rear

recommended tire size for stock 18"s 03 coupe rear

looking to get some wider tires for stock 18"s i know 245-45-18 is standard for rear but does anyone have mabye some 275-30-18 or anything close? pics of your setup would be helpful, wanted to see how wide i can go and how it would look, and i have stock suspension, thanks

275 on an 8" wheel is a very bad idea, stick to the stock sizes, or bump the front size up to a 245/40/18 for more neutral handling

Tire selection......!

If you want to go larger on the back of the G you need to find a size that is
close to the same height.......30s won't work! 265/40X18 is probably all you
can use with the OEM 8" wide wheel. You could use 245's on the front end
that seems to work well........give the TireRack a call and get there opinion!

They'll tell you a 265 should not be installed on an 8" wheel.

Still way to short, If you wanted to install a 255, then 255/45/18 or 255/40/18 would be better options, one being taller than stock, and one being shorter than stock

did you ever find the right size for your ride? i have 255/40/18s and dont know to replace them w/ that same size or go back to stock. thanks
