06 sport suspension different that 03-04 sport???ASAP!!!

I have a chance to pick up some 06 sport suspension (6mt, top of the line coupe) shocks to replace my 03 6mt shocks. On my window sticker from when the car was new, it does not say sport suspension shocks at all but Ive read all 03-04 6mt came with sport.

However, after searching and searching I read several times that the shocks were suppose to be the same for sport and nonsport 03-04. 06 sport suspensions supposedly got a real change in shocks in 05+ only. I am confused to what the real answer is now.

ARE 06 SPORT SHOCKS DIFFERENT AND AN UPGRADE TO MY SUPPOSEDLY 03 SPORT SHOCKS.

Please respond for I told the guy I would buy them tommorrow night!

Yes it will be an upgrade, actually the stock 6MT spring rates are better than almost ALL G35 lowering springs out! Most get 350Z springs which are comperable to the 6MT stockies...

I wish I knew that before. I was under the impression that there was a color stamp on the shock tower, which indicated if it was sport or non-sport for ‘03-‘04.

I am also looking to replace my suspension. Now I need to decide between ’07 OEM shocks and struts, AF shocks and struts or AF coilovers. I do not want to mess with camber, so no drops. Any ideas on AF or AF coilovers?

Canadian cars have sport suspension prior to '05 on some models. Different shocks and springs. I believe the sway bars are the same amongst models though and the rear is different from '05+. Mine is an '04 6mt.

Are you sure about this? The FRONT swaybar changed on the US spec sport suspension. What are the specs of the canadian sport suspension on the coupe prior to 05 if they indeed changed them?
