Terrible screeching from my brakes

Hey all, After installing a set of hawk hps pads on my 05 sedan about a month ago I have run into some trouble. This problem has been on and off but I need to know whats up. Basically whenever I apply the brakes I get a screeching nose from my front right wheel.. last week it was my front left.. go figure but i feel like it has something to do with the rotor cause when im going fast the noise is very frequent and as I slow down the noise's frequency decreases relative to my speed. I also started hearing a squeeky noise from my right wheel whnever i applied the brakes. If anyone has any idea whats going lemme know please. I attached a video but its off my phone so its probably crappy.

You're not still driving on it are you? I'd take off your wheel and start looking for the culprit. Maybe a clip or low pad indicator was placed back on incorrectly.

^^nah. he just installed it a month ago, it shouldn't wear out that quick.
probably need new rotors.
best bet is to bring it to your mechanic, have him lift the car up, remove the rims, start the car while on the lift and put it into drive.

Taking it to a mechanic or looking at it himself would be the best bet. Better then all this online diagnosis would be. I mean you can't really rule out worn pads because what if something else was wrong and a piston was stuck. Maybe the pad really did wear down to nothing in a month.
