I can only fit two fingers between the wheel and the fender all the way around the car. I have oem 17's. Do you think my car is already lowered or is that normal?

 

I'm not too knowledgable about suspension stuff but what I would do with my limited knowledge is to look behind the wheels under the wheel well and see if there's anything bright colored...like green. Or if the springs or shocks or anything in the suspension looks after market or has brand names on it (eg Tein, Eibach, etc.). Obviously not a surefire way to tell but it's simple enough to do and just might answer your question.
