Tein H-Techs

I just installed some 350z H-Techs on my car. I can sorta tell the difference but not too much. The front I can definetely tell the drop. but the rear not so much. Ive been told I need to wait about a week for the springs to settle where I can the full effect of the drop. is this true? any thoughts? thanks guys!

When I had the Tein Z H-Techs, I believe the rear was dropped only some 3/8".

I put 350z s-techs on today. nice drop, looks great and pretty much the same ride quality as the stock sport suspension.

I went back and forth over s-tech vs h-tech and the consensus I got from here is the h-techs would not deliver much of a drop at all and weren't worth doing.

So far i think I made the right choice.

Did u get an alignment? If so were you able to get the camber back into stock spec?

He said he just installed, as did i. Getting an alignment immediatly after install would be a waste. They will settle. Best to wait at least 3 weeks.

I havent got an alignment done yet but will be doing so in a few weeks.
I can tell the difference after installing the h-techs. it gives the car as a whole a different look. I like the drop already. and should be settling even more in a week or so. Im very happy with the choice I made. I was debating between s-techs and h-techs just like everyone else but Im on 20"s so H-Tech was the perfect choice. plus, I didnt want to deal with camber issues that comes with installing s-techs.

If you use 350Z H-Techs your rear will not drop much at all. You will need to do the Spring mount mod. On my 350Z springs I did not have to as both front and rear has the same drop, unlike the H-techs...

i mean, if that works for you thats cool. but like i said, im on 20's so the drop without th springmount job looks perfectly good as it is. youre prolly on 19's.
plus, i dont like camber kits lol
