From sport suspension to tein h-techs?

I currently have an 05 coupe with sport suspension and was curious how much 350z h techs will lower me? Is sport already lower than non-sport suspension?I've heard they lower .8 in rear which sounds like what I'm looking for but need to know if the drop is the same on sport suspension.

I had an 05 with sport suspension and had h-techs. They do lower the car. I had 1 finger wheel gap in the front and 2 in the rear

If you have 20's you should probably look into springs with a lower drop. I think with the Z H-techs, the gap will still be pretty big with 20's.

wouldnt the gap be smaller with 20's than with 19's.... i mean, bigger wheels and tires fill the wheel well more?

plus, from what ive read, Z h-techs are just about the only kit that wont require camber kit...

the 20's also raise the height of your car, so you will need extra drop to compensate

assuming you're referring to quality of the ride, it is pretty similar... slightly stiffer, but hardly noticeable

Not if you get the correct tire size, 245/30/20 and 255/30/20 have diameters almost exactly the same as OEM 225/40/19's

this is incorrect if the proper tire size is chosen, see above
