SPC rear camber kit/toe bolts problem

SPC rear camber kit/toe bolts problem
I just got from the shop that was installing my suspension parts. I had them install SPC rear camber kit/toe bolts (the car is lowered about 1 inch in the back).
They said that they could not align the toe back to specs After alignment:
Rear left toe: 1.09
Rear right toe: 0.90
This seems strange to me because the toe bolts were supposed to take care of the problem.
Has anyone had a problem like that? Is it possible they just did not put the SPC toe bolts? What are the implications of that out of spec toe (BTW camber is ok)? How does it affect ride quality, tire life etc.?
Thanks!

How did they install the toe bolts, did they elongate the factory adjustment hole on the end of the subframe like the instructions said or did they just install them? That could be a reason why they weren't able to align it. A picture of your rear suspension would also be helpful to see if they actually installed the toe bolts. Getting your toe back into spec is actually more important than the camber and can cause excess wear on the insides of the tires

****.... I just got a alignment yesturday and had them install the camber/toe kit on and they did it wrong .
Stupid guy put the toe bolt in with the new camber arm and didn't even touch the toe bolt..haha
Now I'm gonna have to go back and wait another 2-3hours so they can do it right.
^^ Good Find! I didn't even look at the directions and when I did... I didn't understand them at all

The hardest part would be to use a dremmel tool to extend the hole per the instructions. Chances are they did not do that step, and most likely that shop does not do a lot of aftermarket installs on our cars, lack of experience on the tech, or just wanted to go home earlier that day. who knows, but post your results, take before and after shots.

Update:
got back from the shop. Redlude97 was right - they did not elongate the holes. I provided them DIY instructions that Redlude97 posted (Thanks man!), and they gave it a shot.
In the end, they said the best they could do was:
Rear left: Toe 0.11 Camber -2.1
Rear right:Toe 0.09 Camber -2.2
Seems like toe is in spec, but camber isn't. I asked them what is wrong (the back is lowered only 1 inch) - they said "there is nothing else we can do". They said it is specifics of my car that did not allow to bring everything in specs even with SPC toe bolts and camber arms
Guys, what is your opinion on that. Should I try to take it to another alignment shop? Or should I just live with those settings. Do you think the shop just did not do a good job (this is what I think, but what do I know )?
