06' sport suspension vs coilovers

I have used the search engine but have not found enough info to make an informed decision. I have an 06' coupe w/sport suspension, oem 19s and I am looking to lower my ride with a coilover setup. For those of you that have done this coming from the same setup:

Did ride quality and handling improve or stay the same?
Was it a harsher ride?
What coilover brand are you using?

Thanks in advance guys.

That is the exact setup I was at originally. Switching over to HKS LS+ Coilovers was the biggest and best upgrade imaginable. Now only was I able to adjust the height and damper, the ride is perfect, it is so smooth and perfect at my current setting. I simply didn't realize it was possible for a car to ride and take turns this good. Going to a coilover is a big change and worth it in my opinion!

Thanks guys. I assume the HKS LS is a better coilover setup than the Tein Flex or is it similar.
