Coilover consideration

Hi all,
I'm looking into getting a set of coilovers for the G. I had pretty much decided on the Tein Flex because of price, blend of comfort and sport (I heard it's not too stiff at the lower settings) and the fact it is EDFC compatible for future upgrades.

However I learned about Tanabe's Sustec Series and their TEAS system...
Has anyone run this set up before.
I hear their TEAS system has more features than the EDFC like speed controlled adjustments and pre progamed modes and stuff.

Your thoughts or recommendations for coilovers please!!
Thanks!

There are much better coils out there than TEIN. Sure, they are OK for the price, I guess, but there seems to be a sort of rampant "mob mentality" about TEIN coils on the forum. I had the Basics on my car for about two weeks if that tells you anything.

I'm going to be ordering KW Variant 2 this month.

I would recommend looking at these as well.

+1 on the KW2s. I already ordered mine.

Once you look at European shocks/springs and their racing heritage versus TEIN, it’s a done deal.

Also look at PSS9s.

fbw - mind telling me where you got yours from, the price and the wait time to get them? You can PM the info if you'd like or make it public here...

Thanks for all the suggestions. Its definately gives me more to consider. I too was caught up in the "mob mentality" of TEIN.

I do like the idea of haveing a computer system like the EDFC or tanabe TEAS though...I think it's kinda cool and convenient.

is there any site that show rims with size and weight??
Also where can I learn about "off set"?
18X9" is pretty straight forward, but what is this offset stuff? I have the brembo kit and I guess I have to watch for that kinda stuff too.
