Can anyone please provide me with a DIY to install aftermarket extended wheel studs on an 03 coupe?

I recently acquired H&R Trak 20mm spacers for use with my OEM 19s, but they did not come with the extended studs. I have never replaced or installed studs before, and from reading threads here, some have stated that the rotors/calipers must be removed to install, others say it is not required.

Can anyone confirm? Is there a DIY with pictures? I could not seem to find any after searching.

Also, where is a good place to purchase extended studs, other than the NISMO studs?
