Road hazard certs worth it?

I've bought the certs on and off over the years and have yet to use it so at this point I'm way behind the warranty/payment curve. That said, is there an exceptional value as far as the G goes? Any more prone to tire damage? Adds up to about 108 bucks with tax on 4 YK520 tires.

i opted out of it this time myself, I've had some negative experiences where the company has shafted me and found some loophole somewhere (alignment, 100 miles over 3k for rotation, balance, you name it.) . I bought my tires from tirerack and people said that their road hazard certs is well worth it but i'm just gonna take care of em. If I hit a nail or something, whatever, go to a gas station and get that junk filled old-school style!

Ha, the tire shop that I got my PS2's at said...we don't offer the roadhazard on your tires. Should ask them about the specifics though as you having a coupe, if you're getting directional tires, you won't be rotating them either.

Good points. I think I may live dangerously at this point. I'm not a believer in extended warranties myself. If they didn't make money, they wouldn't sell them so I've spent probably 6-700 on certs over the years for nothing. No more I tell you!
