my brakes were squeaking so i thought my brakes pads were done but i open up the caliper and what do i find? plenty of pad left but the shimmy is rusted and starting to crumble. I took the shimmy to pep boys cause the pads i bought at the dealer didn't come with new ones and they told me by the indentation on the shimmy ment i might need new calipers. Also there were hard chunks of brake dust stuck in the pad which leads me to believe my rotors are damaged. i bought the car preowned with only 13k miles and im already starting to get problems . i still have warranty though will they cover it?
