is there an SPC rear arm DIY thread here... i found the threads for the A arm and everything for the front....
however i couldnt find anything for the rear with pictures and everything. (yes i am a visual learner)
any help would help me a lot

it's very easy. The bolt at the wheel comes right out, the bolt at the chassis I had to unbolt the sway bar mounts to drop the bar enough to get it out.
Took about an hour to do both sides with a rachet and a breaker bar.

The rear arms are pretty easy like they said it's self explanatory. Here is a picture of the arms....click to view larger, http://www.sfxperformance.com/parts/EIB572050k.htm basically just remove to the two bolts holding the arms on and install the new ones back in. If minor adjusting is needed to get the car to alignment shop then do so.
