preloading springs before tightening?

He guys, so i had my springs installed and they look great. I was looking at eibachs website and i noticed it says you must preload the springs before tightening the bolts. They said if you tighten the bolts when the car is in the air you may have issues with ride height and wearing out the bushings prematurely. So the guys who did mine tightened them in the air on the lift and now im nervous about it. I dont know much about this stuff so any experts please chime in.

Yes, this becomes an issue on area's like the rear spring buckets where the bushings can be twisted. You can just loosen them while its on the ground, and tighten it

how? I tried to even see them and i couldn't. Im dropped on sportlines so there is not much room. Im thinking it would be easy to do on a alignment rack. I wonder if when i get my alignment i can give the guy a few bucks to do it?
