my cursed rear brakes

so my rear brakes suck, as do many other g's. i got them turned a while back which held it over for a few months. now, i finally had to brake down and get new rotors. i went with some drt crossdrilled and slotted with a set of project mu pads. hopefully this will take care of this. i'm tired of my brakes sounding like a train stopping.

Hmmm...I never heard of rear brakes on these cars going out much less warping rotors. The rear brakes only consistute about 30% of your braking power. My brakes are squealing badly, but it's the fronts and they still have 30% life left. The problem is the shims and brake hardware. They're covered in brake dust and need a hefty reapplication of shim grease on the pad backing and shim.

would any body shop that does brakes be able to reapply it? I just got hawk hps pads for my fronts and it still squeaks and when my car comes to a final stop i can feel it sort of grinding...

my front brakes and rotors are new,

rears did not need service, but they squeal the first time you put it in reverse only..in the morning out of the garage. the rest of the day they are fine.

Same here. I don't think I've had it happen 2 times in one day.
