DIY: SPC Rear camber/Springs

I'm pretty handy around the car, but I haven't done much beyond RSB install suspensionwise and I wonder if this is something I could do. Friend has spring compressors and we've got the tools, but niether of us knows much about the camber arms on the G. Looks straightforward, right? Any tips/pointers, visuals anyone could share before we do it? Going Tanabe NF210s and SPC rear arms and toe bolts. Even got the flex attach for the dremel lined up for the toe bolts. Thanks

If you have the springs out for the install, then just remove the stock camber arm, adjust the SPC camber arm so its roughly the same length as the OEM camber arm and the threads are evenly spaced on both sides

Definitely good to know. Anything that makes it easier is great with me. I've read some threads about the stock arms being difficult to remove. We shall see....

I installed my rear lower link arms today with the SPC's. I had to drop the sway bar out of the way to get the inner bolt out, but other than that it was easy.

Man is my alignment F'ed. Car doesnt drive right at all even after trying to get my camber pretty close by eye.

So everything came off nicely? Sway bar gets in the way? Aftermarket or factory? Hope you can at least get it to the alignment shop. I'll set up an appointment for the day I make the switch.

are you installing a new set of springs? if so you may want to want for the springs to settle before you get an alignment.

I have had the springs in for a couple weeks. My alignment is tuesday.

The stock rear sway bar was in the way of the bolt for the inner part of the lower link. I removed two bolts and two nuts and it drops down slightly (no problem).

I tweaked my camber and things myself a little and the car drives better now, but its still obviously messed up. I don't have to drive much until the alignment... i work at home.

My front kit is arriving today, ill get that installed over the next few days.

I may do a DIY if things go well enough, otherwise it'll just be pictures of me throwing things. Could be fun, too.
