I installed EBC Yellow Stuff pads about a 1.5 months ago. Run me $92+ shipping.(forgot where, but do the search o the web)
They already came with shim kit(dealer charges at least $20 for that!) and special break-in coating, wear indicators on both pads, unlike Axxis.
Installation was no different from any other pad. I installed brand new KVR slotted rotors at the same time.
Performance:
EBC sells them as true race pad good for the street. I cannot tell about track performance yet(I autocrossed them-no complaints!), but on the street they are civilized and have great bite when cold. Best part-VERY low dust! They squeal just a tiny bit when lighly applied, but noise goes away if you apply brakes few times in short amount of time.
Overall-very happy with performance and streetability.
